Investigo is seeking a Senior Associate Sales Order Processor for an established business based in East Hertfordshire. The role covers end-to-end management of client contracts through the sales order process, including setup and release of invoicing and revenue milestones.

You will maintain ERP records, review contracts for accuracy, provide project reporting, and develop Excel tracking tools. Hybrid working is available after probation along with a strong benefits package.

Formación

• Experience in end-to-end sales order processing and invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and revenue milestone tracking.
• Ability to review contracts and provide project reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain sales order and revenue records in the ERP from setup to completion.
• Release invoicing and revenue milestones in line with contracts.
• Review contracts, quotations, work orders and POs for accuracy.
• Provide project reporting and analysis to Project Managers.
• Develop and maintain detailed Excel tracking tools for multi-site projects.
• Provide guidance and training to SOM Associates.
