You will assist with valuing and selling properties, conduct viewings, manage vendors and applicants, progress sales, and maximise revenue. A full driving licence and own car are required.

Qualifications

Job description

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a respected and award winning multi branch independent agency in their successful Camberley branch.

With already obtained experience in the industry, you should be able to hit the ground running and make a direct impact to the team and business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting with creating & winning new business both in property valuations and sales.
• Professionally carrying out viewings & optimising opportunities.
• Maximise all revenue incomes available to you.
• Vendor & Applicant Management.
• Sales Progression.

With at least 3 years experience working in the property industry and local knowledge of the area, you should be a motivated and target driven candidate who upholds company standards and increases customer satisfaction.

Strong written and oral skills are a must along with being comfortable with MS office, Estate Agent computer packages and current property legislation.

A superb package is on offer for the right candidate who relishes fulfillment from hard work with a basic salary in the region of £25,000, depending on depth of experience and an OTE £35,000 - £40,000+ which is uncapped.

The working week includes alternate Saturdays.
