Pear Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator in Brookman’s Park. The role involves valuing properties, marketing listings, negotiating offers, and managing the sales process through to completion.

You will build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers, while providing market insights. The ideal candidate is experienced, articulate, confident, and well-presented, with a proven track record in estate agency.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and highly reputable estate agency whose name is well known across the industry. With branches throughout North London and Hertfordshire, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful team, offering genuine scope for progression.

This position is suited to an experienced Estate Agent who is articulate, confident, and well presented, with a proven track record within the estate agency sector.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, target driven, and results focused, with a self-motivated attitude and strong interpersonal skills. A natural people person, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
