The position is permanent, full-time, with an OTE of £45,000 per annum and a five-day working week. You will register buyers, arrange viewings, negotiate offers, generate new business, and support clients with outstanding service.

Responsabilités

• Register buyers, qualify applicants and match them to suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
• Generate new business through telephone calls, applicant follow-ups and proactive canvassing.
• Promote additional services and maximise opportunities to secure new instructions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and progress sales while delivering excellent customer service.
