Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator for a leading estate agency in Maidenhead. The role requires proven Sales Negotiator experience, excellent customer service, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

You must have a full UK driving licence and own car, with a 5-day week and standard estate agency hours. The package includes a basic salary of £25,500 with an OTE of £35,000, parking at the office, and a structured career progression plan.

The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Sales Negotiator.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm, every other Saturday 9am - 3pm (with day off in lieu)
