AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters in Basingstoke is seeking a sales driven Negotiator to join a multi-branch agency. This active front-of-office role supports both sales and lettings, handling enquiries, registering applicants and progressing deals to completion.

The package includes a £23,000 base with an OTE of £33,000–£40,000, Monday to Friday with Saturday rota, and ongoing training to support career progression.

Qualifications

• Property sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Transferable skills from a sales environment are welcome.

Job description

A sales driven Negotiator is required to join a multi branch agency in Basingstoke.

This is an active front of office position where you will be supporting both the sales & lettings side of the business handling enquiries, registering applicants and progressing deals through to completion or moving in.

Package Details:

• £23,000 basic salary with an OTE £33,000 - £40,000.
• Monday to Friday working with Saturday working on rota
• Ongoing support & training available to encourage career growth
