Job summary

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for our Basingstoke-based Estate Agency client. Candidates with property experience or a strong sales/customer background and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be UK residents with a valid full UK driving licence and access to their own car. Basic salary is £23,000 with OTE £33,000–£40,000; Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm, Saturdays 9am–5pm with a day off in lieu.

Qualifications

• Prior property experience preferred or strong sales/customer background.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• UK resident within commuting distance to Basingstoke.

Responsibilities

• Conducting sales and lettings viewings.
• Registering buyers and tenants.
• Booking viewings and following up applicants.
• Negotiating offers.
• Progressing agreed sales and lets.
• Building relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants.
• Supporting the team with new business opportunities and general branch activity.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Basingstoke.

The successful candidate must ideally have previous Property experienceOR have a strong sales/customerfacing background with a willingness to learn.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• Basic £23,000
• OTE £33,000 - £40,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm (with day back in lieu)
• 5 day working week
