We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected estate agency with over 30 years of experience in Bristol. Known for their local expertise and outstanding service, they operate multiple branches across the city and are now looking to add a Senior Property Consultant to their Clifton team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking business that values career development and internal progression.

Role Overview:
Based in Clifton, Bristol, the Senior Property Consultant will play a key role in securing new instructions, managing client relationships, and conducting property viewings. This role is ideal for a motivated property professional with experience in valuations and residential sales. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities Senior Property Consultant:

  • Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, in person, and online
  • Win new instructions through effective valuation presentations and rapport building
  • Conduct market appraisals with professionalism and confidence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients
  • Promote additional services such as mortgages, legal referrals, and valuations
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings
  • Liaise with surveyors, photographers, and energy assessors
  • Deliver excellent customer service through regular updates and communication
  • Maintain accurate records on the company database
  • Develop a strong understanding of the local property market
  • Negotiate offers and manage sales through to completion

Package and Benefits Senior Property Consultant:

  • Basic salary: £25,700
  • On-target earnings: £44,000+ (uncapped commission)
  • Company pension scheme
  • Career development and training opportunities
  • Supportive, well-established team environment
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturdays 9am–4pm (with a day off in lieu)
