Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities

1. Liaise daily with customers and manage customer enquiries.
2. Book viewings using the company’s system.
3. Complete and update customer records in the system.
4. Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish their needs.
5. Market new stock across all available media channels.
6. Negotiate and agree on buyer offers.
7. Maintain accurate administrative records.
8. Assist in sales progression when needed.
9. Support with sales valuations, depending on experience.
10. Previous industry experience is essential.
11. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Have solid IT skills.
13. Be well-spoken and well-presented.
14. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and punctuality.
15. Hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
