An excellent opportunity to join one of Bristol's best estate agents as they recruit for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their busy and vibrant Clifton office.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you'll often be the first person to meet prospective clients. An enthusiastic and charismatic disposition is essential, along with great knowledge of the local property market and values.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of the Clifton area, and knows how to sell not just a property but the city itself and everything it has to offer.

  • Manage the full sales process, ensuring a seamless client journey
  • Conduct viewings, provide expert advice, negotiate offers, and hand over sales to the progression team
  • Position Clifton as an attractive area, leveraging market knowledge to sell lifestyle and opportunities
  • Collaborate with developers, lettings, and new homes teams to generate new business
  • Cross-sell to in-house mortgage and financial services to maximize the sales journey
Experience Needed
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the property sector
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Bristol’s property market and confident valuation skills
  • A self-starter with a passion for growth
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
