Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Burnley
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Shift: Mon - Thurs 8:45am - 5:15pm, Fri 8:45am - 2:45pm
Salary: £28,262 basic + uncapped commission
Responsibilities
- Comply with the DCC Code of Conduct and other Group policies
- Maintain professional standards of attendance, punctuality, appearance, and health & safety
- Build a strong understanding of fuel cards and the market
- Plan and prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets, including high-volume outbound B2B cold calling
- Maintain and develop customer relationships through appropriate sales methods to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries promptly and professionally
- Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system
- Manage customer accounts that you secure for the first 6 months of their duration
- Answer and make calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Log detailed and accurate information on all calls and customer records
- Ensure all callbacks and courtesy calls are completed daily
- Carry out any other duties reasonably required by the business
Education & Experience
- Good standard of education, ideally with GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Proven experience working in an office environment (B2B telesales experience essential)
- Experience in the fuel card sector is advantageous but not essential
- Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Salary, Commission & Benefits
- £28,262 basic salary + uncapped commission
- New Starter Commission Plan: Guaranteed £150 commission per month for the first 3 months. If your own customer sales generate more than £150, you will always receive the higher amount. The commission structure runs for 12 months, offering significant earning potential for those who perform.
