Alvaria CX seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to drive solution demonstrations and act as a key technical resource for field sales. You will articulate technology positions to business and technical users, draft architectures, and guide projects from discovery to implementation.

Responsibilities include leading RFIs/RFPs, tailoring demos for C-level audiences, and mentoring junior engineers while traveling across the territory.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering experience in the Contact Center/Enterprise CX industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience with Agentic AI/LLM orchestration and Contact Center applications.
• Ability to present to C-level to technical implementors and author technical docs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver solution demonstrations and represent the solution to customers at field events.
• Lead Discovery sessions with customers/prospects.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and document proposed architectures.
• Transition projects to implementation teams with field sales.
• Capture customer feedback for Product Management and Engineering.
• Travel within sales territory as required.
