Job summary

You'll demonstrate ROI through pilots and proofs of value, working with Zendesk APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms, while traveling as required and promoting a people-first customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong knowledge of web/scripting technologies and SaaS architectures.
• Proven experience designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, NLP) and their practical applications in CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery to understand customer challenges and design tailored demos.
• Architect AI-driven CX solutions and translate capabilities into business narratives for IT to C-suite audiences.
• Own end-to-end technical engagement through design, pilot and scale phases.
• Integrate and scale secure, cloud-based solutions using Zendesk APIs and middleware across platforms.
