Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking a Solution Engineer to bridge engineering credibility with strategic influence. You will own pre-sales from discovery to signed agreements, serving as the technical compass through the client lifecycle and identifying expansion opportunities.

You will lead discovery, shape AI-enabled roadmaps, and deliver credible demos, working with engineering teams and executives to translate challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE workflow knowledge.
• Strong communication with executives and engineers.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or engineering roles.
• Proficient Python and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Fluent English and client-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Position Neural Concept as a trusted engineering advisor across teams and leaders.
• Lead discovery sessions to define feasible, commercially grounded use cases.
• Define each account's AI strategy and technical roadmap.
• Deliver client-focused demos and presentations aligned with engineering workflows.
