Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking a Solution Engineer to bridge engineering credibility with strategic AI-driven solutions. You will own pre-sales from discovery to demo to signed SOW, and serve as the technical compass for the account lifecycle.

You will connect engineering challenges to business outcomes, lead discovery sessions, define roadmaps, and collaborate with Sales and R&D to shape opportunities. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE workflow knowledge.
• Excellent communication with engineers and executives.
• Strong track record in client-facing pre-sales or consulting roles.
• Proactive, commercially driven with ability to structure ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and able to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Position NC as a long-term strategic partner and trusted engineer advisor.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify high-impact use cases.
• Define AI strategy and roadmaps for accounts.
• Create client-tailored demos aligned with workflows.
• Co-own the Statement of Work and steer committees.
• Drive user adoption across technical users and managers.
