A leading fashion retailer in Essex is seeking a Senior Sales professional to uphold brand standards and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, meet personal sales targets, and support team development in a dynamic retail environment. Knowledge of personal styling and brand history is essential for success in this role.
Leads by example with their personal styling, grooming standards, demeanour and overall appearance. Confident in conveying to customers their knowledge of brand history, design process and our global omni-channel business. Conducts themselves in line with company values. Takes pride in the store in maintaining all aspects of silent-service, brand standards and store cleanliness. Communicates relevant company news to the team.
Leads by example demonstrating how to deliver a personalised service experience using the Reiss Experience CIC philosophy, across all customer interactions and touch points. Sets the team up to prioritise the customer making sure that they always feel appreciated and valued. Educates the team so they can inspire and advise customers with all available products and services. Ensures the team build and nurture customer relationships, creating a loyal customer base. Helps the team keep up to date with all product, fabrics, design direction, latest trends to inspire and style outfits to suit the customers.
Is aware of the store and their own individual targets and KPl’s Delivers personal sales targets and KPl’s. Uses all tools and services available to achieve personal targets Understands how to read the commercial reports in store. Understands what is required of them in their role and how they impact their business.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Follows all H&S procedures including how to minimise, resolve or report any potential hazards. Ensures the store is opened and closed safely and efficiently. Completes all stock in and out processes accurately and to required deadlines Meets all online order deadlines. Follows all operational and cash handling procedures correctly. Deploys the team effectively across the store to complete required tasks and meet deadlines
Communicate effectively with other team members Demonstrates how to accept and receive feedback Records and/or escalates any performance issues in store. Takes responsibility for their own development and completes required training Supports the team with issues and difficult situations, knowing when to escape to management. Contributes to a diverse and inclusive environment.
