Job description

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Room Manager, Room Manager, Nursery Practitioners with a minimum of Level 2 and 3 qualification in Childcare.

  • Nursery Practitioner Level 2/3 to work 3 or 4 days per week (also considered)
  • The Room Manager position is for the 0-walkers room.
  • The Senior Room Manager role covers the 0 2s unit and toddler room, with an initial focus on the baby room.
Nursery Qualification:
  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
  • Room Manager's Positions Level 3 and above.
  • Knowledge of EYFS
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children s needs are met.
  • To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
