A leading online gaming company is seeking a Senior Reward Partner responsible for implementing the Reward strategy across various international locations. This role focuses on business partnering, ensuring reward initiatives align with talent attraction, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience within an international organization and strong analytical abilities. Role Purpose :
This role is responsible for implementing the Reward strategy across various international locations across Flutter. With a strong execution focus the role translates strategic reward direction into effective local delivery and is responsible business partnering key functions across the Flutter group. This role will have strong understanding of internal reward practices and external market factors in the locations with a focus on how reward can support the attraction, retention and engagement of talent. Success requires building trusted relationships with HR leaders and business partners to ensure reward initiatives are practical, aligned with business needs and well-communicated.
