Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. You will manage a team of RevOps Strategists and work hands-on across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot to drive client success and strategic outcomes.

You will partner with leadership to guide audits, implementations, and integrations, while also shaping lifecycle architecture and data governance. A true player-coach with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM or Marketing Operations
• Agency/consultancy environment experience
• 1–2+ years of people management experience
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and design
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Marketo or Pardot

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations professionals
• Escalation point for complex client and technical challenges
• Own and oversee strategic client relationships and deliverables
• Lead audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects (Salesforce, HubSpot, MAP)
• Provide hands-on design and architectural guidance in Salesforce and MAP environments
• Translate technical findings into clear executive recommendations
• Maintain project health, capacity, and delivery quality
• Support new business scoping and expansion opportunities
• Develop repeatable processes and technical playbooks
