QED Legal are working with an excellent Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, to join their firm in Basildon, Essex.

The role is ideal for any experienced Conveyancing or Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer who has experience managing or supervising a small team, with experience handling a variety of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial transactions inclusive of sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, landlord and tenant, remortgages, and more.
• Supervise a small team and manage day-to-day conveyancing work.
