Job summary

Chadwick Nott is assisting a well-established Salisbury firm in recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and related conveyancing matters.

The role requires excellent knowledge of Land Registry and lender requirements, plus strong client care and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally 5+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of Land Registry procedures and lender requirements
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
• A proactive and professional approach to managing transactions
• An interest in networking and business development would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other conveyancing matters
• Review title documentation, conduct searches, raise and respond to enquiries, draft contracts and oversee matters through to exchange and completion
• This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys running their own files, building strong client relationships and delivering a first-class service
