Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join its Cheltenham team. You will manage the full spectrum of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progress for clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will handle sales and purchases (freehold/leasehold), new-build and buy-to-let transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages and shared ownership, providing clear, practical guidance and building strong client

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• 5+ years' PQE with a strong background in residential property.
• Proven ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of conveyancing transactions.
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new build transactions, buy-to-let purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and shared ownership matters.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients and coordinate with agents, brokers and other stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently.
• Progress transactions proactively and collaboratively with a supportive team.
