Job summary

Chadwick Nott is assisting a well-established Kent law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer. The role covers a broad residential property caseload with autonomy and progression opportunities.

You will handle sale and purchase matters, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions from instruction to completion, in a collaborative, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing files independently.
• Experience from instruction to post-completion.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer preferred, though experienced fee-earners will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
• Encourage direct client contact and maintain client relationships.
