Chadwick Nott are working with a well established regional law firm in Frome seeking an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join their friendly team. You will manage your own caseload across sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions, and transfers of equity with clear, client-focused communication.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience running your own caseload of residential property matters.
• Confident in handling issues that arise during transactions and providing clear, solution focused advice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to client care.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional.
• Open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Fee Earners.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions, and transfers of equity
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the process
• Building strong client relationships through effective communication and a proactive approach
• Working closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure a smooth and efficient service
