Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our Weston-super-Mare team on a hybrid basis. You will handle a steady flow of residential property transactions, from instruction to post-completion, with support from an onboarding team.

You will work closely with the Head of Legal in a small, collaborative environment, managing freehold and leasehold matters, transfers of equity, remortgages and probate-related transactions, while delivering high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential conveyancing experience
• Able to manage own caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Experience in a volume conveyancing environment
• CLC, CILEX, Solicitor qualification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Manage transfers of equity, remortgages and probate-related transactions
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Maintain high standards of client service and file management
• Work closely with Head of Legal as a senior team member
• Assist with post-completion matters as required
