Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its Poole team. The role focuses on managing high-quality residential conveyancing matters while developing client relationships and contributing to team growth.

You will handle a varied caseload – sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and Help to Buy – and play an active role in marketing and business development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters.
• Proven experience independently managing a full conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with referrers and professional contacts.
• Strong organisational and file management skills.
• Ability to balance quality, efficiency and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referrers and introducers.
• Contribute to marketing, networking and business development initiatives.
• Handle transactions from initial instruction through to completion with high service standards.
