Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to join a well‑established Wiltshire firm in Salisbury. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of residential property transactions and liaising with clients to provide first‑class service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally 5+ years’ residential conveyancing experience
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of Land Registry procedures and lender requirements
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
• A proactive and professional approach to managing transactions
• An interest in networking and business development would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handle a broad range of residential property transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other conveyancing matters
• Review title documentation, conduct searches, raise and respond to enquiries, draft contracts and oversee matters through to exchange and completion
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality service
