Job summary

Chadwick Nott Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion. You will handle freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, and high-value transactions within a supportive team.

Ideally you will have about 10 years' PQE with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex matters independently, while mentoring junior colleagues and developing client

Qualifications

• 10 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong track record of independently managing a busy caseload.
• Excellent technical knowledge across residential property matters.
• Experience handling more complex and high-value transactions.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage files from instruction through to completion and registration.
• Advise clients on a range of residential property transactions.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Build and maintain referrer and client relationships.
• Participate in networking, marketing and business development activities.
