Job description

Domestic Considerations : 27 - 50 RSDs per year. Army Reserve post flexibility to work late nights and weekends and exercises up to 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the values and standards of the British Army within the Regiment.


• Maintenance of discipline within the Regiment.


• Career advice retention welfare and guidance of those subordinates.


• Ensuring all Regimental policies are adhered to correctly.


• AIl Military training and development is correctly structured in accordance with Regimental policy.


• Ensuring external military and shooting events are attended in accordance with the Regimental calender.


• Offer advice to the RSM on policy change to give the reservist view


• Advise the Commanding Officer on current concerns from the Reservists perspective
