Senior Reinsurance Treaty Technician

Location: London

Do you have extensive experience as a Reinsurance Technician or are a Reinsurance Accounts professional used to dealing with Treaty accounts?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process proportional treaty accounts and premium adjustments
  • Handle excess of loss claims and reinstatements from first advice to closure
  • Produce and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage premium transactions using Trace ISYS OpenTWINS
  • Monitor credit control and support reconciliation with Finance
  • Maintain audit-ready files and produce management reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in the insurance market (broker, underwriter, or bureau)
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Cert CII or equivalent technical insurance experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and financial crime prevention
