This is more than recruitment, it’s about building talent pipelines that power the transition to a sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running 360 recruitment across engineering and project delivery.


• Building long‑term partnerships with energy developers, EPCs, and consultancies.


• Headhunting niche talent in Grid, HV, Design, Project Delivery, and O&M.


• Growing your own specialist market within renewables.


• Acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and benchmarking.
