Job summary

Beeline is hiring a Recruitment Program Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a complex vendor management program for a major enterprise client. You will manage candidate submission, screening, onboarding, activation, and lifecycle milestones, ensuring projects stay on track and compliant with SLAs.

The role requires strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and client stakeholders, with a focus on proactive issue resolution, data integrity, and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

7+ years in complex client-facing operations and program management.
Experience managing MSP/VMS and staffing or vendor relationships.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence with stakeholders.
Proven ability to improve processes and drive results.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day program execution across submission, screening, onboarding, and activation.
Maintain compliance with client requirements, SLAs, and governance.
Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client services, interview teams, and onboarding.
Lead client meetings, risk reviews, and issue resolution.
Provide clear reporting on pipeline, performance, and risk.
