Job summary

Beeline is seeking a highly organized Program Office Lead to drive the day-to-day operations of a complex vendor management program for enterprise clients. The role requires credibility in client-facing situations, governance discipline, and strong cross-functional coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds 7+ years in program management, MSP/VMS experience, and a proven track record of delivering against commitments while managing escalations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or vendor management.
• Experience with MSP/VMS, staffing or third‑party suppliers.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and drive decisions across organizations.
• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Procurement, Staffing, Sales Delivery, or contingent workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client experience and program credibility across procurement, program leadership, talent, and related functions.
• Manage lifecycle activities from candidate submission to onboarding and activation, ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversee supplier performance, escalation handling, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Forecast workload, monitor data integrity, and maintain accurate program records and reporting.
• Lead client meetings and governance reviews, ensuring action tracking and timely follow-up.
