Day-to-Day

• Buildproactivetalentpoolsviaoutboundcalling,referrals,anddatabasesearch.
• Adviseclientsonmarketavailability,salarybands,andtime-to-hire.
• Managecounteroffersandkeepprocessesmovingwithexcellentcandidateexperience.
• Trackactivity,sharebestpractice,andinformallymentorjuniorresourcers.

• Backgroundinrecruitment(180/360)orB2Csales/telesaleswithstrongphone-basedconversion.
