Job summary

Dakota Hospitality Limited (Dakota Hotels) is seeking aReceptionist in Manchester to welcome guests, manage check‑in/out and handle guest requests. The role emphasises accuracy, high service standards and cross‑department collaboration.

The successful candidate will have hospitality experience, solid administration skills and the flexibility to work shifts. A permanent, full‑time contract and 40 hours per week are offered with a competitive annual salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working experience in hospitality, preferably hotels.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with fast paced work style.
• Excellent communication and a genuine, people‑oriented approach.
• Experience in guest check‑in/out and front desk tasks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out receptionist duties: welcome guests, check in/out, handle guest requests and billing.
• Provide high level guest service in line with our standards and values.
• Maintain knowledge of front office systems and assist across other departments as needed.
