Dakota Hospitality Limited (Dakota Hotels) is seeking a Receptionist for Dakota Manchester Airport to welcome guests, check in/out, take reservations, and handle guest billing. The role supports other departments and requires a proactive, guest‑focused approach.

Typical shifts are 7am-3pm or 3-11pm, five days out of seven, with a permanent contract and minimum 30 hours per week. A minimum of two years in hospitality and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years working experience in hospitality or hotel settings.
• Strong administration skills and ability to prioritise and work at pace.
• Fully computer literate and able to use front desk systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Reception duties: welcome guests, check in/out, take ad hoc requests.
• Make bedroom and table reservations; assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Handle guest billing and ensure high level of guest service per Dakota values.
