Dakota Hospitality Limited (Dakota Hotels) in Glasgow is seeking a genuine people person for the Receptionist role. The position is permanent, part-time with flexible shifts (2 days out of 7) and a minimum of 12 hours per week, paid at £13.33 per hour on a weekly basis.

You will welcome guests, check in/out, handle reservations, and assist other departments to ensure smooth service. Strong admin skills and guest‑focused attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in hospitality preferred.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.
• Comfortable working with front-office systems and software.
• Flexible with shifts and able to work peak times.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests, check in/out, and handle guest requests.
• Make bedroom and restaurant reservations and assist with billing.
• Maintain front-office systems knowledge and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Provide proactive support to make guest stays seamless.
