Qualifications

• Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Experience working for a contractor on Network Rail civils projects such as earthworks or bridge renewals.
• Experience working on NEC3 & NEC4 contracts essential.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial leadership on rail renewal schemes valued between £2-5 million.
• Manage all commercial aspects of projects and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Skills

Experience working for a contractor (preferably Tier 1)

IT skills: Word, Excel, COINS, ASite, CEMAR, PowerPoint

Experience mentoring or supervising junior commercial staff

Working knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract

Education

Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent
