Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance, based in Huntingdon with hybrid working to Peterborough.

You will lead commercial management, cost control, and risk mitigation, mentoring junior team members to deliver robust commercial performance. You will also provide strategic commercial insight, forecast costs, and ensure alignment with NEC/JCT terms, while maintaining governance and strong stakeholder

Formación

• Extensive hands-on experience in pre- and post-contract QS duties (budgeting, variations, valuations, final accounts) and a strong understanding of QS practices.
• Experience with industry contracts e.g. NEC/JCT and procurement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Promote commercial assurance across all aspects of the programme, ensuring alignment with AMP8 objectives.
• Lead the management of commercial and cost assurance across the alliance ensuring effective cost control, value optimisation, and risk mitigation.
• Provide expert commercial and contractual support to the Commercial Lead and Commercial Performance Manager.
• Provide senior oversight of forecasting aligned to programme and WBS structures, ensuring accurate and timely monthly updates within SAP.
• Ownership of the calculation of the alliance commercial position, including cost and performance forecasting.
• Proactively support the Early Warning process and Risk Reduction Meetings, identifying risks early and driving mitigation.
