Anglian Water Services is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management and cost assurance for the Central alliance. You will mentor the team, drive cost control, manage contracts (NEC/JCT), and provide strategic commercial insights to support decision-making while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CICES, CIOB).
• Experience with NEC/JCT contracts and procurement knowledge.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Extensive pre- and post-contract QS experience with budgeting and cash flow.

Aufgaben

• Promote commercial assurance across the programme, ensuring alignment with AMP8 objectives.
• Lead the management of commercial and cost assurance across the alliance, ensuring effective cost control and risk mitigation.
• Provide expert commercial and contractual support to the Commercial Lead and Commercial Performance Manager.
• Provide senior oversight of forecasting aligned to programme and WBS structures, ensuring monthly updates within SAP.
• Update SAP with accurate planning and forecasting data, ensuring consistency with financial controls.
• Ownership of the calculation of the alliance commercial position, including cost forecasting.
• Proactively support the Early Warning process and risk reduction meetings.
• Support the Purchase Order process, ensuring procurement compliance and alignment with budgets.
