A leading project developer in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to manage high-value renewable energy projects. Your role will involve overseeing contract management, risk assessments, and procurement processes, while driving performance and maintaining professional relations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with various contract forms and preferably in heavy civils or energy works. Based in London or the North-East, this role offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in using various contract forms, particularly NEC suite.
• Experience in heavy Civils/M&E/Energy works as a main contractor.
• Familiarity with contracts worth £10m plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the change process and maintain effective control.
• Prepare procurement documents and conduct work scope reviews.
• Administer contractor accounts and payments.
• Report on internal cost plans and project valuations.
• Provide site management with commercial support.
• Work autonomously while promoting professional relationships.
