Responsibilities

• Manage and issue accurate notices and correspondence.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks.
• Prepare and agree applications for payment.
• Maintain registers of variations and delays.
• Ensure implementation of commercial policies.
• Assist with preparation of monthly progress valuations.
• Liaise with customers' project teams.
• Produce tender negotiation reports and forecasts.
• Advise on value management.
• Prepare and administer supply chain contracts.
• Monitor supply chain procurement plans.
• Work with site teams and supply chain partners.
• Administer subcontracts.
• Provide contractual advice when required.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental risks are reported.

Skills

Ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary meetings

Strong financial and contractual knowledge

CEMAR user experience

Skilled in data analysis

Proven contract administration skills

Single point of contact for supplier performance

Education

Experience in construction and/or engineering

Chartered, or working towards a recognised professional chartership
