Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Midlands, based in Birmingham. You will support high-value programmes across public and private sectors, collaborating with clients and supply chain partners to deliver robust commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Experience on major programmes and complex infrastructure.
• Member of, or working towards, RICS or equivalent body.
• Familiar with NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts.
• Client-facing with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial, procurement and supply chain advice.
• Lead bid writing and pre-contract engagement activities.
• Develop relationships with national infrastructure clients.
• Deliver value across the supply chain and client teams.
