Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the Midlands is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Birmingham team on a range of high-value infrastructure projects. You will apply your commercial and procurement expertise to advise clients and their supply chains, delivering value across complex programmes while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in major programmes and complex infrastructure.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; RICS membership preferred.
• Experience with NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts.
• Client-facing with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Work across a wide range of projects supporting complex, high-value programmes.
• Collaborate with clients and supply chain to develop and deliver solutions.
• Provide commercial, procurement, and supply chain guidance to maximise value.
• Lead and develop relationships with national infrastructure clients.
• Apply commercial, procurement and contract knowledge to deliver outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
