AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Midlands team, based in Birmingham. You will work on a broad mix of high-value infrastructure projects, collaborating with clients and supply chains to deliver robust commercial solutions.

The role requires experience with major programmes, NEC/JCT/FIDIC contracts and strong leadership, communication, and business development skills. Flexible, hybrid working and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in major programmes and complex infrastructure.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
• RICS or working towards membership preferred.
• Experience with NEC, JCT, FIDIC contracts and advising clients on applications.
• Client-facing role with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex solutions.
• Business development and bid-writing experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Support clients on complex, high-value programmes across public and private sectors.
• Collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to develop and deliver solutions.
• Apply commercial and procurement expertise to maximise value in the supply chain ecosystem.
• Lead and develop in a client-facing environment and grow relationships with key clients.
• Contribute to bid writing, pre-contract engagement and client relationship management.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management across diverse groups.
