Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Nottingham seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Midlands team on a broad programme of major projects. You will manage commercial and procurement activities across the project lifecycle, advising clients and supply chains to maximise value while maintaining high governance and risk controls.

You will lead a small team, develop commercial strategies, and deliver robust cost reporting. The role requires 5+ years in major programmes, a Quantity Surveying degree, and RICS

Qualifications

• 5+ years in major programmes and complex infrastructure.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related commercial discipline.
• Member of or working towards RICS membership.
• Experience with NEC, JCT, FIDIC contracts.
• Experience leading a team and client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across public and private sectors on complex programmes.
• Lead commercial, procurement and supply chain activities to maximise value.
• Provide clear direction and develop the team’s capability.
