Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Birmingham is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Midlands team on complex infrastructure projects. You will apply your commercial and procurement expertise to deliver value for clients across public and private sectors.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage contracts such as NEC/JCT/FIDIC, and support bid writing and client relationships. The role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements and a structured development pathway.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with RICS membership or working towards it.
• Experience delivering commercial management on major programmes and complex infrastructure.
• Proven ability to advise clients and manage contracts across public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support clients on complex, high-value infrastructure programmes.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver commercial and procurement solutions.
• Prepare and advise on contract documents and applications, and develop client relationships.
