Qualifications

• Experience on major programmes and complex infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; professional body preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract advisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and procurement activities across high-value programmes.
• Provide guidance on contract strategies and dispute avoidance.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver solutions.
• Develop and nurture client relationships across public and private sectors.
