Your new role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a commercial lead within dynamic project teams. You will manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, ensuring robust cost management and supporting the operational delivery of schemes across sectors such as housing, commercial, and public buildings.

Responsibilities will include :
  • Leading the financial and commercial management of a range of construction and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
  • Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and valuations; ensuring projects meet financial targets.
  • Overseeing procurement of subcontractors and materials, negotiating terms and managing cost variations.
  • Monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasting, and preparation of interim and final accounts.
