You will be responsible for underwriting, pricing, and negotiating property risks. The ideal candidate will also engage in marketing efforts, develop underwriting strategies, and collaborate with colleagues in a diverse and flexible working environment. This role offers the opportunity to work within the London Market while coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, price and negotiate risks submitted via the box or e-trading systems.
• Engage in marketing and sales of the brand and product offerings.
• Contribute to the development of underwriting appetite and refine the portfolio strategy.
• Review wordings and contracts.
• Input into account management, portfolio development, and business planning processes.
• Participate in catastrophe modelling and actuarial analysis.
• Cooperate with US & international travel to meet clients and brokers.
• Coach and train more junior colleagues.
